You can lose weight and exercise for free. Use the roads, use the nature (hills, mountains), use the stairs, use your arms to do push ups, recycle shampoo bottles, etc and fill them with sand or water (but water might give rise to bacteria) as dumbbells, use the available workout videos online, use music and dance. There are plenty of ways to get to what you want. But you need to be committed to it. Because when you are, you won’t accept excuses, only results.
Not sure about the go to bed hungry one…. I mean, drink a large glass of water before bed, that should help, right?
^^ I have been going to bed “Hungry” for the past few nights. What it really means don’t eat 3-4 hours before bed. With practice it’s easier.
